Introduction
Leigh Hunt said that the groundwork
of all happiness is health. This article can be referred to as the beginner
guide to healthy living. This
article is surely for everyone to take a good start to a healthier lifestyle. At
the same time, it will serve you as a wonderful reminder to take a healthy
start. So, let’s get started with the basics. Some basic pillars of a healthy
lifestyle are going to be discussed here. So, the first is, Water.
Water
Hydration, one should take enough
quantity of water in a single day. The human body is made up of 50 to 60% of
water. It is very necessary to make sure that we are properly distributing nutrients throughout of body. Water
makes blood circulation easier in the body. It not only helps the digestive
system but also keeps the skin healthy and good.
I would surely share a hack with my
readers. This hack will help you to keep your water level balanced. Just keep a
bottle of water or glass near you. This habit will keep the water level up to
the body requirement. It is a very
healthy habit.
Nutrition
Everybody is so different when it comes to what diet is the best. What fruits and vegetables are good suppliers of needy vitamins and so on. The thing that I will suggest is not to get confused and complicated. What do I mean is eating unprocessed food as much as possible. Cooking from scratches is a healthy diet to keep the body at a balanced level.
Sleep
You know what!! Half of the life we
sleep. Isn’t it crazy?? Make sure that you are prioritizing sleep. It is
sometimes seen that it looks hard to say good night. And on different
occasions, we overlook sleeping. Sometimes young kids become the reason for
less sleep. But it is the key to the overall health of the entire body. The
reason behind this is when we sleep, our tissues and cells have the chance to
regenerate some of our cognitive functions. It is very good for our memory to
take 7-8 hours of sleep.
Exercise
You know this fact that the body
loves to move. It is what we are designed. We spend a lot of time sitting and
being kind of stagnant but our body is meant to move in different ways and
different kinds of moves. We feel good when we move.
Exercise is very good for mental
and physical health. Even for emotional well-being. It is also very good for
our bone and our heart health even some simple stretch in the morning just get
the blood circulation going. Make sure that you move your body daily. No matter
what time you move. Just put your emphasis on body movement daily. Don’t think
that you would need to work-out for hours.
Mental Health
It is just as important as our
physical health. They really can’t be separated and very much inter-connected.
We mostly try to manage our stress level and reduce stress as much as we can;
because stress is one of the biggest culprits for all manners of health
conditions. And also affects us mentally and emotionally. So we just need to
know more of this and doing the best to do things like practicing a sense of
care as much as we can.
Relationships & Community
So, have you ever heard that you become like the five people with whom you spend the most of your time. People that surround ourselves with and spend the most time with can influence us; the way we think, the choice we make and what we believe in. Be aware of the people that you are spending a lot of your time with. There are some people in your life that they are bringing you down. The relationships in your life do make you feel good?
