Delicious Recipe of Sugo

Recipe of Sugo is a type of Italian sauce made with tomatoes and various other ingredients, such as meat or vegetables. 

Here is a recipe for a classic beef sugo:

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small carrot, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pound pasta, cooked according to package instructions
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions: 

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
Add the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic to the pan and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Serve the sugo over cooked pasta, and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
